Acceptance of Terms

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of a website maintained by Vigo Presses Limited (our “Site”), whether as a guest or a registered user or customer. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Site.

This Site is maintained by Vigo Presses Limited (“we” or “us”) for the personal use, of persons who are lawfully permitted to consume alcoholic beverages, in countries and other territories where the consumption of alcoholic beverages is lawful. By using our Site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.

Please exit our Site immediately if you do not accept these terms of use, are not of a legal age for consuming alcoholic beverages in the country or other territory in which you are located, or are accessing our Site in a country or other territory where use of our Site is not permitted.

Accessing our Site

Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend, suspend or terminate indefinitely the service we provide on our Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our Site, or our entire Site, to users or customers who have registered with us.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

Acceptable Use

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your use of the Site. You may not use our Site:

· In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

· In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

· For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards below.

· To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).

· To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware (“Malicious Code”).

Information About You and Your Visits to our Site

We process information about you in accordance with Privacy Policy. By using our Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Payment

Full payment must be made prior to dispatch of the products by PayPal or credit / debit card (we accept all major debit / credit cards, but unfortunately, we do not accept Diners Club or American Express).

In the event of non-authorisation of payment by your card issuer we will contact you by telephone or email. We cannot accept liability for any losses or costs incurred or sustained by customers who transmit credit or debit card information.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.

The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus any applicable delivery charges. You confirm that the credit / debit card being used for any transaction is yours. Please do not send us payment information using email.

All credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Purchasing Vouchers

You are able to purchase gift vouchers by ordering them over the phone on 01404 890093 or via this website.

Your vouchers will be emailed to you at your registered email address.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date or purchase.

- Using Vouchers to purchase a product(s):

Vouchers can be used by you if you are the purchaser or if they have been received by you as a gift.

Vouchers may only be used to purchase products featured on this website or in person at the Vigo Presses office. (Office opening details are available upon request).

Vouchers must be used in full amounts against the payment of products purchased. You cannot use part of the value of a voucher.

All orders must be paid for in full prior to despatch.

Each voucher has a unique code and this code may only used once.

Please remember vouchers are like cash, if lost they cannot be replaced.

Vouchers are not for re-sale and cannot be redeemed as cash.

Delivery

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. All products are subject to availability. In the event of an item being out of stock and unable to be delivered we will contact you to discuss the situation before processing the order.

We will only deliver to UK Mainland. Standard delivery charges:

· Single transaction up to £1.01 – delivery charge £0.85

· Single transaction up to £25 – delivery charge £7.00

· Single transaction of £25 or more – FREE DELIVERY

FREE DELIVERY to postcodes EX5, EX11 and EX14 regardless of value of order.

If you would like to discuss delivery outside of UK Mainland, please email sales@vigopresses.co.uk for a quote.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours Monday to Friday with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days from when you place the order.

We cannot be held responsible for, and cannot accept the return and refund of, deliveries that do not arrive on time due to the fault of the courier.

Returns

By using a specialist delivery service and packing our products carefully in high quality boxes we have tried to ensure that your purchases arrive in the same condition they left us. However, breakages may occasionally happen, similarly goods may occasionally be faulty.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we should be notified within one working day of receipt of order and the damaged or faulty goods returned within 7 days. We are happy to arrange collection by our courier at no extra charge to you. Replacements will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of these goods or alternatively a credit for the goods will be made within 14 days, if preferred.

Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by various laws and treaties, including copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our Site.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our Site, must always be acknowledged.

You must not use any part of the materials on our Site for commercial purposes without first contacting us and obtaining an express licence to do so from us or our licensors.

If you print off, copy or download any part of our Site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Linking to our Site

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

Our Site must not be framed on any other Site, nor may you create a link to any part of our Site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. The Site may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our Liability

The material displayed on our Site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Website or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the Website, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including:
